The Investment Banking team at BRAC EPL consists of professionals with expertise in the equity and debt capital markets, providing issue management, structured finance and corporate advisory services to clients. Mr. Rafiqul Islam has joined BRAC EPL Investments Limited as a Senior Manager, Investment Banking. He joined BRAC EPL as Treasury Manager in 2009. Prior to joining he worked with Orascom Telecom Bangladesh Limited. He completed his MBA from East West University. Mr. Islam is a Certified Finance and Treasury Professional from The Finance & Treasury Association, Australia and also Associate Member of CPA Australia. Ms. Ahmed joined the investment banking team at BRAC EPL in September 2009. Since joining, she has been working on a wide range of transactions including IPOs, debt syndications and corporate advisory deals. Prior to joining BRAC EPL, Ms. Ahmed worked as a Public Finance analyst for Citi in Manhattan, New York. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Economics from the University at Albany. Manira Khan joined EPL as Investment Associate in February 2007 upon completion of BBA (Finance) from Stamford University. She works on public issue, underwriting, corporate advisory, M&A, etc. She has successfully accomplished large IPOs such as The Premier Bank Limited, International Leasing and Financial Services Limited, Marico Bangladesh Limited, etc. Mr. S. M. Mahmudul Hassan joined BRAC EPL Investments Limited as an Executive in 2010. He has completed his Graduation from Department of Finance, University of Dhaka. At present he is undertaking various financial analysis including Company Analysis, Restructuring, and Public Issue. Prior to joining BRAC EPL he worked at IDLC finance Limited. He attended various training courses and participated in seminars and workshops on different aspects of investment banking. Currently he is pursuing professional qualification with ACCA. |
