BO Account Information

BO Account Opening

To open single BO Account in EPSL a person needs the following things:

  • Properly filled up A/C opening form.
  • Three passport size photographs.
  • Two passport size photographs of Nominee.
  • Photocopy of National ID or Bank Certificate.
  • A/C opening fee of TK 600. (Including Annual Charge)

To open Joint BO Account in EPSL a person needs the following things:

  • Properly filled up A/C opening form.
  • Three passport size photographs of first A/C holder.
  • Three passport size photographs of second A/C holder.
  • Two passport size photographs of Nominee.
  • Photocopy of National ID or Bank Certificate of both.
  • A/C opening fee of TK 600. (Including Annual Charge)

To open NRB BO Account in EPSL a person needs the following things:

  • Properly filled up A/C opening form.
  • Three passport size photographs.
  • Two passport size photographs of Nominee.
  • Photocopy of passport.
  • Photocopy of job contract or work permit.
  • A BDT and FC bank account.
  • A/C opening fee of TK 600. (Including Annual Charge)

Transaction Process

  • After A/C opening, the applicant is given a BO Confirmation.
  • BO Confirmation includes a BO ID consisting of 16 digits and an internal DP ID for EPSL.
  • To do transaction, the client has to make some deposits by placing check against his BO A/C.
  • The client can place buy or sale order by indicating his BO ID.
  • EPSL takes a buy or sale order in two forms:
  • Transaction order from in house client.
  • Transaction order over phone from client.

Fulfilling Order Form

  • It is mandatory to fill up the order form for each client.
  • It provides safety benefits to client.
  • Order fulfillment guards the client against any fraud.
  • For the in-house client, order form is supplied whenever an order is submitted in the trading floor.
  • The clients who place their orders over phone have to fax the order form with signed accordingly.
  • The order forms are maintained by the company as documents.
