Signing Ceremony of Meghna Bank 2nd Subordinated Bond
BRAC EPL Investments Limited has signed an agreement with Meghna Bank PLC to act as the Sole Arranger for the issuance of BDT 400 crore Tier 2 eligible Meghna Bank 2nd Subordinated Bond.
The agreement signing ceremony was held in the presence of senior officials from both institutions. Mr. Syed Rashed Hussain, CEO of BRAC EPL Investments Limited, and Mr. Kazi Ahsan Khalil, MD & CEO of Meghna Bank PLC, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
Among others present at the ceremony were Mr. Anup Dutta, Head of Corporate Advisory at BRAC EPL Investments; Mr. Sajib Kumar Saha, Chief Financial Officer of Meghna Bank PLC; and Mr. ARS Ashikuzzaman, Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at Meghna Bank, along with other senior representatives from both organizations.
